How to Use?
Wrap the chips in a piece of aluminum foil, leaving both ends open.
Place the aluminum foil with the chips on your hot grill.
Once the chips start emitting smoke, place your grill goods on the grill.
Suitable for:
Pork, fish, poultry, fruits, and vegetables. Our favourite type of wood for spare ribs.
Optimal use:
For use in charcoal grill or gas grill or smoker.
